They took the wheel, literally and figuratively, right away. They took care of all negotiations with my insurance company, they never tried to upsell me on anything other than what my estimate covered, got additional funding from insurance for parts they missed on original estimate. They towed my car in at NO CHARGE to me. They REPLACED my battery at NO CHARGE to me. They detailed my car, even put all my loose change in a baggy, at NO CHARGE to me...AND they gave me a discount to help me absorb some of the deductible. I have been a repeat customer at Hyperion for about 6yrs now. 4 repairs. 1st 3 were insurance claims, Ed always helps to deal directly with my insurance and ensures everything is covered, as well as help arranging transport to car rental when needed.  This last one was a routine maintenance and Ed helped give my best options. I always go for the economic value, but it great to see the difference. Bodywork is always sharp and looks as if nothing . The estimate looked good (and I shopped around with a few other very well rated shops in the neighborhood).  Another shop also mentioned that Hyperion Collision does great work, so I went with them because their price was the best.  Got the car back quickly and the work (replace and paint/match bumper cover) looks great!  Also my car was returned fully washed inside and out which was a very nice touch!

I shopped around a bit and they delivered outstanding work at a third of the price of other places nearby. Similarly, other shops tried to increase the cost of the repairs by claiming I needed parts replaced that were not damaged, the team at Hyperion did no such thing. They gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of my arrival and were extremely accommodating even though they were very busy. They handled all communications with the third party that was paying for the repairs and were clear with timelines, estimates and expectations. Not to mention their general customer service and overall manner while explaining and handling everything made me feel like my business was appreciated, again a big contrast to other local shops. They also got me a discount on a rental car at the local enterprise while mine was being repaired. To top it all off, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I found that they had done a full detail, inside and out! I felt like I had a brand new car. I cannot recommend them enough.
