Rental car assistance is an optional service available for an additional daily fee. In the event of an unexpected issue or emergency, especially when you’re in an unfamiliar city, we offer comprehensive support. Beyond the standard breakdown assistance included with your rental, our service covers non-mechanical issues such as:

• Tire Assistance: We will replace a flat or damaged tire with your spare or tow your vehicle to the nearest service facility. Please note that replacement tire costs are additional unless you have purchased a package that includes zero excess coverage for vehicle and tire damage.

• Lockout Service: If you accidentally lock your keys inside your vehicle, we will assist in retrieving them.

• Flat Battery: If your battery fails, we will provide a jump start to get you back on the road.

• Fuel Delivery: If you run out of fuel, we will deliver fuel to your location and apply the fuel charges accordingly.
